A lazy day, catching up on some overdue jobs, enjoying our surroundings and the perfect weather.

Claire and I went hunting for my "most beautiful run ever" (from my visit in 2000) and found it! It wasn't quite as good as I remembered, but the context was different and it was still very pretty, out on the golf course road behind the Waitangi Treaty Grounds.

We had a good meal out at the Swiss Cafe and Grill next door which we later realised was the "Author's choice" in our Lonely Planet. What good taste we have! The food was good and there was even a cat for Claire to play with. The only downside were the mosquitos, but after a team expedition back to the apartment we were invincible!
