We were very tired on waking and had a long slow breakfast. We spent ages on the internet and on the phone to Mama B getting Scott's CV sent and up to date. We stocked up at Pac'n'Save for fruit and veg for a detox day!

At the camp I had my second bike mechanics lesson where we dismantled, stripped and cleaned the bikes. I loved it and Lottie was lovely and clean! We went in the sea to cool off and played petanque whilst drying. Oh, and I won 20-11!

We had salad and wine for dinner then walked along the harbour front to see the statues of Captain Cook and "Young Nick" the cabin boy who first spotted land!
